[EASIEST] MUTTON Korma | GOAT Korma | Recipe by Masala Curry Channel

Mutton korma is just an awesome recipe but there are complex ways to prepare it. This is not complex at all. All you need some patience. Let us show you –


Goat meat 950gm
Water 2 cups
Cashew 15
Onion 100gm
Ginger 40gm
Garlic 50gm
Ginger julienne 10gm
Green cardamon 4
Black cardamon 2
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Green yogurt 130gm
Salt 2 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Olive oil 5 tbsp
Cinnamon stick 1


All you need is some patience and the result will be great. We cooked the goat on med flame the whole time. It took us 1 hr 20 mins to fully cooked the goat.

There are a few things that you need to keep in mind that cooking time can vary based on the quality of the meat and the pot you are cooking in. Our pot doesn’t let the steam out so 2 cups of water was enough.

Just put all the ingredients in a pot (including water) and keep checking every after 15 mins followed by stirring so the meat doesn’t stick to the bottom. Yes, thats all. Isn’t it easy?
