[EASY] Pani Puri Water Recipe | Gol Gappe Pani | Recipe by Masala Curry Channel Channel

Get the feel of spicy, tangy, and street style pani puri or we say gol gappe or even gupchup. Let’s just jump to the recipe and learn.

INGREDIENTS
– Potatoes – 5
– Chopped onion – half
– Salt – 1/2 tsp for making potato filling and then 1tbsp ( we mentioned 1tsp in the video – sorry about that) for water
– Red chilly – 1/2 tsp
– Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
– Cilantro – 1 cup of leaves
– Mint – 15 leaves
– Green Chillies – 4
– Tamarind water – 3/4 cup
– Brown sugar – 1/4 cup
– Ginger – Small piece
– Cold water – 4 cups
– Lemon – half
RECIPE – (Serving 3-4 people)
1. Take 5 boiled potatoes
2. Add half chopped onion
3. Add salt, red chilly power and black pepper – 1tsp each. Mash!
4. In a mixer / grinder – take 1 cup of cilantro leaves, 15 mint leaves, tamarind water 3/4 cup, 4 green chilies (for spicy or take just 2 of these for mild), brown sugar 1/4 cup (or regular sugar), small piece of ginger – grind everything together.
5. Add 4 cups of water and squeeze half a lemon or 1 according to tangyness.

Serve!
