[GOBI Manchurian DRY] Recipe | Cauliflower Manchurian | Recipe by Masala Curry Channel

Gobi Manchurian or Cauliflower Manchurian is a great Indo- Chinese all time favorite Appetizer. It can be made Dry and with Gravy according to taste.

Let’s Learn how to make it:

All Purpose Flour
Corn Starch
Ginger/Garlic Paste
Soya Sauce
Black Pepper
Minced Garlic
MSG (Ajinomoto)
Chilly Garlic Sauce
Chilly Flakes

1. Take a Bowl and add 1 cup All Purpose Flour, 1/4 cup Corn Starch, 2 tsp Ginger/Garlic Paste, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Black pepper, then mix it well and add water slowly to make a thick batter.
2. When the thick batter is ready, add the small pieces of cauliflower in it and coat the cauliflower pieces well.
3. Take a pan, add olive oil for frying on medium heat, then add the coated cauliflower (Gobi) pieces in the oil and fry until they gets Golden Brown.
4. Take another pan add 4 tbsp olive oil, add 5 Cloves of minced Garlic, Stir for 1 min then add 1 chopped onion and stir for another 2 mins, then add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp soya sauce, 4-5 drops of Vinegar, 1/2 tsp MSG, 2 tsp Garlic Sauce, and saute them nicely so the cauliflower gets coating of all the sauces and spices, and at last sprinkle some chilly flakes for Garnish.
