How about an easy Omelette every morning? Super easy. Let’s learn –
– In a bowl, crack open 2 eggs.
– Mix with 2 chopped chilies, 2 baby carrots, 1 tbsp chopped onion, pinch of salt and pepper, 2 tbsp milk. Whisk whisk.
– Heat up the pan (low heat)
– Add 1 tbsp olive oil and pour egg mix in the pan (just enough to hit the pan walls – just showed in the video).
– Leave it there for 5 mins.
– Serve the way you like.
