Super easy chicken quesadilla made at home. Much healthier than Taco bell. Kids would just love it.
Let’s learn it –
– 250 gm Chicken breast
– Olive oil
– Three cheddar cheese
1 – Take 250 gm of chicken breast and pound it evenly.
2 – Heat up the pan (leave it for 5 mins on med heat).
3 – Put 3 tbs of olive oil and put the chicken in the pan.
4 – Cook the chicken for 5 mins on each side.
5 – Let the chicken rest for 5-10 mins and then cut into small pieces.
6 – Take tortilla and put some shredded three cheddar cheese and add chicken with it.
7 – Fold it and heat it up on a med heat for about 3-4 mins.
8 – Slice it and serve.
