Thai CHICKEN PANANG Curry | Recipe by Masala Curry Channel

Most of the people just love Thai food, especially Thai Panang Curry.
BUT why go to the restaurant all the time when we can make this at home. Super duper easy.

Let’s learn this Thai Curry restaurant style –
INGREDIENTS:-
1. Olive Oil- 3 Tbsp
2. Aroy-D Panang Curry Paste- 50gm
3. Coconut Milk- 1 can
4. Chicken – 150gm
5. Salt- 1 Tsp
6. Onion- 1
7. Green Bell Pepper- 1
8. Sugar- 1 Tsp
9. Basil Leaves- 5-6

Lets’s Learn the Recipe:-
Step 1. Take a cooking pan and Add 3 Tbsp Olive Oil.
Step 2. When the oil is a little hot add AROY-D Panang curry paste and stir on medium heat.
Step 3. Add 3-4 Tbsp Coconut Milk in to the paste and mix it well.
Step 4. Add 150 gm Chicken, 1Tsp Salt and one medium size Onion Cut into long pieces.
Step 5. Stir for 10 minutes
Step 6. Add 1 small size Green Bell pepper cut into long pieces, and 3-4 tbsp of Coconut Milk. Again stir for another 2-4 minutes.
Step 7. Add 1 Glass of Coconut Milk and let it sit in the pan for 5 minutes.
Step 8. At the end, Add 1 tsp Sugar and 5-6 Basil Leaves.

AND DELICIOUS HOME MADE CHICKEN PANANG CURRY IS READY TO SERVE.
