How to make Vegetable Noodles

INGREDIENTS (To boil the Noodles)

Noodles- 250 gm
Water- Enough to soak and boil the Noodles
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Olive oil- 2 tsp

INGREDIENTS (To make the Noodles)
Olive Oil- 3 tbsp
Garlic- 20 gm
Green Onion- 15 gm
Green Pepper- 150 gm
Cabbage- 350 gm
Onion- 200 gm
Carrot- 60 gm
Salt – 2 tsp
Soya sauce- 3 tbsp
Red Hot Sauce- 3 tbsp
Ajinomoto (MSG)- 2 tsp
Black pepper- 1 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp

1. In a cooking pan , put enough water to soak the Noodles and add 250 gm of Noodles, 1/2 tsp of salt , 2 tsp olive oil and boil the Noodles.
2. In another cooking pan, add 3 tbsp Olive Oil, add minced Garlic 20 gm and stir for 10 seconds.
3. Then add 15 gm of Green Onion, stir again for 5- 10 seconds, add 150 gm of Green pepper and add 2 tsp of Salt, stir for 2 mins.
4. Add 350 gm of Cabbage , stir for another 2 minutes then add 200 gm of Onion, 60 gm of carrot julienne, then add 2 tsp of Vinegar, 2 tsp of Ajinomoto( MSG), 3 tbsp of Soya sauce, 3 tbsp of Red hot sauce, 2 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup , 1 1/2 of Black pepper, and mix well.
5. Add 1 tsp of Red chilly Flakes.
6. Yummy spicy Noodles ready to eat.
7. Sprinkle some Green Onion for Garnish.
