Raita is an Indian, Pakistani or Bangladesi side dish that can be made with raw vegetables. We used onion, carrot and tomato in our recipe.
Yogurt- 300 gm
Finely chopped onion- 60 gm
Chopped tomato- 80 gm
Grated Carrot- 20 gm
Salt- 1/2 – 1 tsp (According to taste)
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala- 1/4 tsp
Garnish with grated carrot and a green chilly.
1. Take 300 gm yogurt in a bowl and beat it for about 5 minutes to make a smooth consistency.
2. Then add 60 gm finely chopped onion, 80 gm chopped tomato, 20 gm carrot and mix it well.
3. Add 1/2 – 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Black pepper, 1/4 tsp Chaat masala, mix it well.
you can garnish it with Green chilly or coriander leaves according to taste.
